Included in the
4 Day
Kruger Lodge experience are three breakfasts, two lunches, and three dinners, as well as safari vehicle and minivan transport, open-top, four-wheel drive game drives, three nights accommodation at Safari lodge, and a visit to the Three Rondawels view point of the Blyde river canyon. A laundry facility is also available at the camp site.
Accommodation
Accommodation for the first night of the safari is provided in the Thornhill Safari Lodge, with en-suite chalets and safari tents for the first night, followed by camping facilities for the last two. Permanent dome tents and sleeping bag bedding are provided.
Keep in mind that accommodation is subject to availability at time of booking, but alternatives are available and packages will be adjusted accordingly.
Important Info & Warnings
The group departs Johannesburg etremely early on the first day and arrives back late in the afternoon on day four, making it important to book into Johannesburg the day before the tour.
As dictated by Kruger National Park safety regulations, children under the age of sixteen are not permitted on the bush walks in this itinerary.

Kruger National Park is popular for its population of the
Big Five
, which includes lions, leopards, buffaloes, rhinos and elephants.
Attractions
Attractions include the stop near the Drakensberg Escarpment to view the Three Rondawels and
Blyde River Canyon
, as well as treks and drives around some of the park's more rewarding bird watching and animal tracks.
Day 1
• The group makes an early start from Jonhannesburg to the Kruger Park. Arriving in time for lunch at the Lodge, guests afforded some time to get settled before setting off on a late afternoon

• Conducted from the backs of open 4x4 vehicles, the safari stretches on into the evening, after which guests enjoy a delicious evening meal before heading off to bed
Day 2
• After an early-morning wake up call, the group heads out on a grasslands safari, travelling via the attractive waterholes scattered around the Kruger
• The evening features dinner, served and prepared in a traditional boma, while guests engage each other around a crackling fire
• Day three allows guests further chance to explore the park, or indeed just relax around the swimming pool with a drink
• A spotlit night drive highlights Kruger Park's nocturnal inhabitants as they venture out into the otherwise pitch-black darkness
Day 3
