Tanda Tula Game Lodge
Tanda Tula
Tanda Tula is situated in the heart of Timbavati, one of the largest and most famous private nature reserves in the world. Here you will come face-to-face with nature as it always was, with not a fence in sight to inhibit your freedom. This is even more evident now that the fences separating Timbavati and the Kruger National Park have been removed, making Tanda Tula a part of the proposed 7 million-acre World Heritage Sight. Tanda Tula's magnificent thatched, East African style tents, with their spacious wooden decks overlooking the dry riverbed, are the epitome of luxury and seclusion with sumptuous Victorian style baths and outdoor showers.
This intimate camp is renowned for it's charming service and passionately well informed staff. Delicious meals are served in a variety of venues from private dinners on your deck to convivial evenings in the boma. Game drives are in Land Rovers seating only seven people, allowing clear communication with your ranger and tracker. The seclusion of the camp allows traversing on thousands of hectares of pristine African wilderness.
