Accommodation facilities on offer at
Addo Rest Camp are as follows.
• Camp sites comprise of twenty sites, with electricity points, accommodating a maximum of six people. Site guests make use of communal ablution and kitchen facilities available. Only one caravan (and side tent) and one vehicle, or one tent and one vehicle, or one auto villa, or one motor home is permitted per camp site
• Domkrag Guest House and Hapoor Guest House overlook the water hole, with two bedrooms each, both with en suite bathrooms, air conditioning, furnished living rooms, and fully equipped kitchens. Both units accommodate up to six people
• Twenty-two chalets are available, each accommodating either two adults and two children or three adults on two single beds and a sleeper couch, all in the same area, meaning there are no seperate bedrooms. All chalets are air conditioned, with fully equipped kitchens. Bathrooms have baths and showers, and two of the chalets are adapted to accommodate paraplegics
• Six semi-detached chalets, eight cottages, and six rondawels overlooking the floodlit water hole sleep two people each. Bedding takes the form of two single beds, and these air conditioned units are complete with showers, toilets and hand basins, as well as kitchenettes, equipped with a bar-fridge, two-plate stove, microwave oven, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. The rondawels share a communal kitchen with a four plate electric stove, cutlery and crockery. Cooking utensils are shared with the other huts
• The forest cabin sleeps a maximum of four people, in an open area with four single beds. These ten units are equipped with showers, toilets and hand basins, a communal kitchen, as well as braai facilities, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils and a fridge
• The camp's sixteen family chalets accommodate a maximum of six people each. These unit comprise of one bedroom, a bathroom which leads off of the bedroom's bedsitter area Each unit has an equipped kitchen and air conditioning
• A further fifteen chalets sleep two people each, accommodating guests in a welcoming, open plan unit with a mini kitchen, shower, toilet and hand basin
Safari tents have two single beds each, bedding, towels, fan, fridge, braai (barbecue) area, and separate communal ablution facilities, including showers, toilets and basin. The camp's communal ablution block is also freely available, and has a bath. Each tent also has a communal kitchen with two plate stoves, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils.
