KrugerPark.com banks with Standard Bank of South Africa. All credit card payments are processed using VCS as a payment gateway, which then connects to the Standard Bank of South Africa's merchant processing facilities.

We take every precaution to ensure that online credit card transactions are safe and secure. Any payment page will be accessed via SSL (secure socket layers) with 128 bit encryption. We will never store any of your credit card details, they are passed directly to our merchant gateway for processing.

KrugerPark.com was the first travel company in South Africa to implement 3-D Secure (3DS) credit card security. 3DS is an added layer of security for online credit card transactions which requests a PIN with 3DS enabled credit cards.

Most new credit cards are 3DS-enabled, and old cards can still be activated with 3DS through the cardholder's bank. Merchants such as KrugerPark.com do not have access to this security information, only the bank and their Access Control Server (ACS) have access to this information.
