This recent visit to Imfolozi was the best I have ever experienced in terms of game viewing. We were blessed to have some phenomenal sightings. The Hluhluwe side was rather disappointing. Due to the bush encroachment, game viewing is extremely difficult and we saw very little activity on that side of the park. The roads are my main area of concern!!! Whilst work is underway to improve the badly erroded sand roads, it is concerning to note that even the tar roads have been allowed to deteriorate. Despite this one criticism, Imfolozi remains a patch of paradise for lovers of the African bush.
