• As a result of its large and dangerous game population, unguided walking is not permitted within Mapungubwe National Park. Activities such as walks, drives and visits to cultural attractions, can be arranged directly with the park.

• This is a Malaria risk zone, and guests are urged to consult with their doctor or pharmacist regarding preventative medication before embarking.

• Filling stations are not available within the park, and guests should fill up adequately at Alldays or Musina, both about 70 km’s from the park, before arriving.
