Rhino's for Africa
"We travelled between Malelane, Berg en Dal, SkukuZa, Lower Sabie and Crocodile Bridge during the four days that we spend in the reserve and were fortunate enough to see the big five twice in one day. What was amazing were the number of rhino's we came across. At Berg en Dal we saw a herd of 11 laying in the grass. We wanted to go to Tsokwane from Lower Sabie but a few kilometers from Lower Sabie we came across a leopard stalking a warthog. We couldn't see the kill as time was running out and we had to get back to Malelane in time. It was very exciting and we even saw the little Skopsowl at Afsaal. We always enjoy the Park because of the peace and tranquility it offers. To us it is ointment for our souls.
Regards
Martin"

Malelane Restcamp
"Ons het dit baie geniet! Dit was net 'n skok om uit te vind ek moet vir elke dag ook die hek fooie betaal! Dit maak dat die prys van 'n staan plek R255 per dag vir twee persone kos wat hoog is."

Malelane rest camp
"Malelane rest camp is a very small intimate camp, the bundalow was very clean and well kept. Meal times are a bit of a problem as there is no electrical stove/oven and no microwave, these are not essentials but would make life a whole lot easier."

Coming Back Soon!
"Wow it was great to be back in the Kruger - I have not come for years. It was an exceptional experience again.
I love the wide wild spaces, warm weather, friendly people (both staff and fellow guests), and the facilities were great. It helped that we were very lucky with our sightings and that my two small kids were in awe of the place.
Coming back soon, only thing I will change is that I am going to stay a lot longer. Thanks to all at the Kruger for a wonderful job of looking after our South African treasure! You do us all proud."

"There are two things that we suggest for the camp:
firstly we had to drive to Berg en dal to buy wood, why cant you buy wood at Malelane gate.
Secondly just have a coffee station in the bunglows. We drove to Berg en dal to have a cup of coffee."

"Power were off all night at Malelane. Not even a candle was available.
Bat droppings om my bed at Lower Sabie and on the kitchen at Satara. This is not healthy and recommendable.
Please attend to this. Thank you"

A fab trip
"Hi The trip was wonderful, the accommodation was comfortable, the facilities simple but we had everything we needed. We enjoyed very much staying at his camp. Just a small complaint. The staff a and the housing of the staff was a bit noisy, perhaps just a small explanation to them that people have come to be in nature and listen to nature. but they were efficient at there jobs. Many Thanks"
