Pets are not allowed inside of national parks or their associated camps, such as Mathyolweni Rest Camp. Firearms must be declared and sealed at the front gate, to be unsealed upon departure. No citrus fruits may be brought into the park.

Vehicle repair, medical, post office and police services are available at Addo Village and Sunlands.
