Positive CommentsFound the Park well managed, staff very friendy and helpful. Roads, both tar and gravel in a excellent condition (better than out non-toll roads)
Negative comments
You will have to re-look at your maintenance team/contract at the different camp sites This is not up to standard. Your abution blocks are you window to the camp site and if that is not in a good condition then it does not reate a good impression. This a back up with the following observatios:
Abultion Block T2 (Pretoriuskop)has 2 showers and 2 baths for females. On Sat the 13th the one shower was blocked and the second shower hot water tap is faulty. You cannot control the hot water and when my wife tried to close the tap it would not close. After lots of efford she event. got the tap closed. When she tried to bath she had the same problem with the hot water as well.In the end she left without cleaning herself.
We stayed in Hut 36. The hut was in a good condition but the door and the door frame was in a shocking condition. Please have a look at this.
I visited a ablution block close to the restautant in Lower Sabie and was very surprised to see how run-down the place looked.
At Satara I walked into the Abulution block at reception and found the following:
1. The hand dryer electric cord was hanging in the air so not working. Did not look good.
2. The middle urinal drain was put into place into the urinal by using the putty they use to seal roof scews in tin roofs. The working off was awful.
3. The one Steiner dispenser cover was missing.
4. The green tiles were repaired on one spot with white (about 1.2 meters long) polly filler and just left as such. This catches your eyes at a instance."
