We always enjoy the Karroo National Park. It is one of the best run Parks in South Africa.

Dear Accommodation Direct Team Your e-mail dated 22 June 2014 in above regard refers. The experience of my husband and myself during our stay at the Karoo Rest Camp exceeded our expectations. The accommodation was and well prepared and the first impression created a desire to return to the Park in future – especially during a warmer season. During our stay the area was hit by a cold front and the icy wind prevents the exploring of all your outdoor facilities. The full suite of TV channels on DSTV is regarded another “plus” for the park. The staff at the Reception, Shop and Cafeteria were extremely friendly and supportive, contributing towards our pleasant experience of the Park. The only point for consideration which I want to offer, deals with the parking bays for vehicles. Due to the high prices of vehicles at present, it will be appreciated if the parking bays can at least be provided with shading nets, if not a more permanent type of cover in black to compliment the thatch roofs of the living units – the structures are already in existence. Especially in summer this will be regarded a great asset. On behalf of the two of us I want to compliment the Park and thank you for a most enjoyable stay. Kind regards Esme
