Gomo gomo reviews

this is a very nice and small lodge, the personnel is amazing, mostly the guides. We saw all the big fives.
Concerning improvment, they should replace the acrual Air conditionning, the one they have is too small , and they should have AC in all rooms, presently there ac only in the main bedroom so I finish my nights sleeping on the main bedroom floor....
Concerning food not great at all, too heavy and not international. We had chicken pie one night and beef pie the next day. We would of appreciated light meals, some salads, grilled fish or chicken. They should avoid chicken livers, 90% of the guest (foreigners) did not eat it.
The food is bristish type and suit for cold weather not 45C and lack of choices

I have found heaven on earth. A great lodge, great staff who became friends with in the few days we stayed with them. The food was outstanding with very generous portions. Rooms were well tended, beautitul and very clean.
We saw all of the Big Five, a baby white lion, Wild Dogs, and much much more.

GomoGomo is the place to be. I have had many lodge experiences, this was the best. Close up and personal sightings of the Big 5, a baby white lion, wild dogs and much more. The management and staff made our stay most enjoyable, food and fellowship were excellent. Rooms comfortable and clean! I will be going back.

An excellent way to spend the last 3days of a 6week trip overseas trip from NZ. Great to see all the Big 6 including leopard in the wild and not in a zoo! plus many species of smaller animals and an amazing range of birds. The staff were very helpful and very friendly, the food and the accommodation was excellent. pplenty of activities and also time to relax.

We stayed 2 nights and were the only locals during the time. The staff were extremely helpfull and friendly. The food was of good quality and portioned just right. The rooms were great. The wild life experience was fenominal; we saw more than one leopard on the 2nd night and came in close contact with the wild. Thank you for a great stay we will be back. Thank you for the staff for being such good ambasadors for SA.
