This is a wonderful get away from the busy life, a place where the service is personal and professional and the individual rooms are strategically laid out around a water hole visited frequently by animals, birds etc. Serene and quite enough to totally relax. The Safari drives were comfortable and exciting with a delightful snack break part way through. The staff were all outstanding and we will definately recommend it to family and friends. Kambaku lodge in Timbavati is great ! Driving to the lodge is already an experience! We saw impalas, buffalos, giraffes, elephants, etc. on the way to the lodge.
The lodge is very cute and the staff is very friendly, nice and welcoming.
We had an amazing experience and it is worth going. Maud, April 2011
