How to Get There
• BY ROAD - Johannesburg
•
Royal Legend Safari Lodge is approximately 5 hours drive from Johannesburg.
• From Johannesburg (R22), proceed towards Witbank (N4)
• Exit the N4 at the Belfast intersection, enter the town and turn right at the second stop sign in the direction of Dullstroom (R540)
• Continue to Lydenburg via Dullstroom
• In Lydenburg turn left and take the R36 to Ohrigstad
• Continue in the direction of Hoedspruit via the Abel Erasmus Pass on the JG Strijdom Tunnel
• In Hoedspruit at the second four way stop turn right towards Bushbuckridge (R40)
• Continue for approximately 7 km
• Turn left onto the Argyle road (direction Eastgate/Hoedspruit Airport)
• Continue past the Hoedspruit Airport onto a gravel road until you reach the Timbavati Main Gate
• Through the Timbavati Gate turn immediate right and follow the signs to Royal Legend Safari Lodge.
• Conservation Fee: Conservation levy of R100.00 pp payable at the lodge and Vehicle Entrance fees (R120.00) at Timbavati gate
