Stay at the Warmbaths

"It was a fantastic weekend!

I, however, need to bring an important problem to your attention.

The Spur that resides on the premises is one of the poorest restaurants that I ever visited.

It's a dirty and tacky place with awful management. The floor personnel try their best, but they have no guidance from a manager at all.

The only reason that people eat here is because there is nowhere else to go.

You need to look into the service that this restaurant offers to the people.

Die lawaai van swartes oor naweke maak dit nie die moeite werd nie. Om gedurende die week te gaan is beter.

"Just a big thank you to Aventura for an amazing weekend with my staff (teambuilding)Everyone was very impressed with their Chalets. We had to change one room as i need to be closer to my staff and the lady at the reception went out of her way to assist. On Saturday night we had dinner at the lapa which was also amazing, big thank you to Keith and his team. They were amazing, friendly and very accommodating. My husband and I camp there often and that is why i brough the team there. We will be back, thank you."

FEEDBACK ON OUR RECENT VACATION.

"We had a wonderful time. Accommodation was excellent. My only concern is that we could only check in at 15h00 on the Sunday afternoon. This was a bit inconvenient as we had groceries in the boot of the car (lots of meat etc.) It was +_ 40 degrees when we arrived. The shop area was dirty and looked like it could be cleaned up. The chairs and tables area was in need of a good wash and clean and looked like it hadnt been swept for a few days. This also applies to the Spur area. There is enought water there, could they not hose it down in the evenings. The security area was also dirty and wasnt clean. I hope this assists you for your future guests. In closing the staff were very friendly and we had a good time. We would like to consider coming back again. Many thanks Jillian Watson."

"Beautiful resort. Staff very friendly and helpful. Chalet clean and spacious. Perhaps thay can just monitor the number of day visitors over the weekends as the resort becomes a bit over crowded. We will definitely vist the resort again."

"The stay at Warmbaths was very enjoyable and all the facilities well run. all round it was an absolute pleasure to camp at Warmbaths. the only small matter was perhaps for exceptionally roudy, unruly campers not to infringe on teh peace and enjoyment of other campers AND also to ensure that maintenance& renovations is not being conducted on various bathroom facilities at busy times. this inconveniences guests unnecessarily.
