I stayed in the hotel complex. From the last time I was there new lifts have been installed. The rooms definitely needs upgrading. For starters you can install flat screen tvs. There is no facility for wifi. Furniture needs upgrading. The huge black sofa needs to be replaced. The decor is outdated and so are the sliding cupboard doors.There were no porters to help us with our luggage upon arrival or departure. The tea and coffee supplies were the bare minimum (one tea bag and one coffee).To save power please switch off your passage lights during the day.

Our stay at warmbaths is always a pleasant one. The reception staff aswell the cleaning staff are always very polite and helpful. I have never had a bad experience thus far. I only have one issue; the hotel reception area. Upon entrance I feel that the area is very dull and uninviting. I suggest that you add a vase or flowers on the tables . Even some plants will change the entire look of the area. I also suggest some music in the background. The hotel reception area is definately neglected. It would make a vast difference if these points were considered.

I found a couple of assets like the roads, tiling, paint work, garden, the indoor pool where it is clear that not enough maintenance and repairs are done at the resort. For now you can get away with it but in the medium term people will not accept decay while you are charging first class accommodation rates.
